4. AI-Powered Features and Data Processing
Our Services include AI-powered features such as standup summaries, executive briefs, and commit-to-standup generation. These features are powered by Microsoft Azure AI Foundry.
How AI Processing Works:
When you use AI features, your standup entries and related content you have created within the application may be sent to Microsoft Azure AI Foundry for processing.
The AI generates summaries or suggestions, which are returned to you within the application.
Microsoft Azure AI Foundry does not store your prompts or outputs, and does not use your data to train, retrain, or improve any AI models.

5. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies to enhance functionality and analyze usage. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features of the Site may not function properly.

Your standup entries, time logs, and other user content will be deleted from our systems within 30 days.

10. Google API Services
Our Services integrate with Google APIs to provide authentication and calendar functionality. This section describes how we handle data obtained through Google APIs.
Data We Access:
Google Sign-In (OAuth): We access your name and email address to authenticate your account and provide single sign-on functionality.
Google Calendar API: If you choose to connect your Google Calendar, we access the following information from your calendar events: event title, event description/details, event date, and start/end times. This data is used to pre-populate standup entries and calculate time tracking duration.
How We Use Google Data:
Google Sign-In data is used solely for authentication and account identification.
Google Calendar data is used to display your calendar events, pre-populate standup entry forms, and calculate time tracking duration based on event start and end times. You may review, edit, or discard this pre-populated content before saving.
Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance:
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically:
We only use Google data to provide and improve user-facing features that are prominent in our application's user interface.
We do not use Google data for serving advertisements.
We do not allow humans to read Google data unless: (a) we have your affirmative consent, (b) it is necessary for security purposes, (c) it is necessary to comply with applicable law, or (d) our use is limited to internal operations and the data has been aggregated and anonymized.
We do not use Google data to train generalized AI or machine learning models. Google Calendar data is not sent directly to any AI service. Calendar data is only used to pre-populate standup forms, which you control and edit before saving. AI features operate only on standup entries and other content you have created within the application.
11. GitHub Integration
If you choose to connect your GitHub account, we access repository information and commit history to help you track work and generate standup entries. This data is used solely to provide application functionality and is not shared with third parties except as necessary to provide AI-powered features as described in Section 4.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Services.
